Person-Centred Therapy
At times in our lives we can be overwhelmed with feelings such as anxiety, stress, trauma, or fear; often with negative consequences for our mental and physical health. Coping alone with these feelings may be difficult, making decisions, trying to move forward, or even just knowing what to do for the best.
Our qualified person-centred therapists offer a safe, non-judgmental, environment for you to explore what is going on for you; we recognise that you are an individual and as such your issues will be unique to you. As person-centred therapists we believe that you, the client, are the expert in your life and that you have the capacity to develop and grow to your fullest potential. We will work alongside you to enable you to find your own path forward, to enhance your potential and facilitate your personal growth.
Mind Health Matters Ltd aims to provide a welcoming, non-discriminatory therapeutic environment. We appreciate that every client is a unique individual and endeavour at all times to be sensitive to, and respectful of, the sex, race, ethnicity, physical and intellectual characteristics of our clients.
We are LGBTQI+ allies, and experienced in working with gender, sex, and relationship diverse clients (GSRD).

Nutritional Health Coaching
Every day, science is discovering more about the impact of diet and lifestyle on health, revealing the connection between our gut and our brain. Mental and physical health are inextricably linked, each impacting the other. Rather than relying on medications to ‘fix’ health issues caused by our own lifestyle choices, it has never been more important to look at how we can improve our health naturally, by making more informed choices and using nutrient rich food as culinary medicine to facilitate better health.
