Supervision
After many years of work in the training sector, mentoring, coaching and developing people in SME's, the third sector, and multinational corporations, I changed track and took this experience to follow my passion for mental health. I completed a Master's Degree in Psychology, which in turn led to a PG Diploma in Person Centred counselling.
Following a life changing illness I developed my interest in the role of nutrition in physical and mental health, and became a nutritional psychotherapist. I founded Mind Health Matters in 2019 and I work with individual clients, as well as providing mental health consultancy services to organisations.
I am hugely passionate about all things mental health and my focus is always that I provide the very best mental health care service to everyone that I engage with and support. I work with individuals and couples using an integrative approach incorporating treatments to meet their needs.
I collaborate with organisations who value their staff and are committed to working in partnership with industry professionals, providing Occupational Talking Therapy, Occupational Supervision, Corporate Training and Coaching, and Nutritional Psychotherapy.
I work with: Individual adults 18+
Couples

Counselling
I help people navigate life’s challenges by providing a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where individuals can explore personal difficulties, emotional challenges, and life concerns.
Counselling is designed to help clients better understand themselves, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall wellbeing.
I offer one-to-one sessions with individuals and couples, and I work in a respectful, non-judgemental, and empathetic manner. My counselling approach focuses on creating a supportive relationship built on empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard.
I am a qualified accredited counsellor with many years of experience in helping clients improve their overall wellbeing through an integrated approach to mental health.

EMDR
I specialise in helping people process and heal from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and other emotional distress using EMDR, a structured psychotherapy approach used to help people process and recover from traumatic or distressing experiences.
As a qualified EMDR psychotherapist I use my skills and knowledge to provide emotional support and therapeutic interventions to help address various psychological issues such as:
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Trauma and abuse
Anxiety and panic
Phobias
Complicated Grief
Distressing Memories
Life Transitions

Nutritional Psychotherapy
As a Nutritional Psychotherapist I explore the connection between diet, mental health, and emotional wellbeing, examining how food and nutrients affect brain function, mood, and behaviour. I combine principles of nutrition science with psychological understanding to support mental and physical health.
We are not one dimensional, our mental health is complex and multifaceted, lifestyle, choices, and behaviours all play a significant role. What we eat can influence how we think, feel, and cope emotionally.
Nutritional Psychotherapy can help with:
Anxiety
Depression
Stress-related symptoms
Mood instability
Fatigue
Brain fog
Emotional eating
Supervision
At Mind Health Matters, I view supervision as a vital, creative, and courageous space. It is where professionals come not only to think about their work, but to deepen their understanding of themselves within it. Inspirational supervision and reflective practice are at the heart of ethical, sustainable, and growth-oriented clinical work.
I believe it is a privilege to earn the trust of my clients and to accompany them in their most vulnerable and complex experiences. To do this safely and sensitively, I must also be willing to examine my own responses, assumptions, and edges. Supervision offers a space to step into the unknown — where insight emerges, resilience strengthens, and professional identity evolves.
My Approach
I offer integrative supervision and consultation for professionals working with adults. My approach is grounded in:
Drawing on my extensive clinical experience and specialist expertise, I create a reflective space that is both containing and stretching — a place where challenge and support sit side by side.

Supervision is a space to think deeply, feel safely, and grow courageously.
