Following the completion of a very comprehensive survey of my dietary habits, medication and general medical history, Carol Anne then arranged an online meeting to discuss her findings and offer modifications to my diet, nutrition and exercise. My individual needs were always taken into account including previous surgery and dietary triggers. She was able to discuss trigger foods which would make my IBS symptoms worse, suggest alternatives and proved very informative on all nutritional aspects. Exact recommended dosage of natural vitamins and minerals and where to source them was also provided. A plan was created for sensible and healthy eating and starting yoga as gentle exercise due to high inflammation in my body.
